When will I receive my welcome pack?
Your pack will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class and you should expect to receive it within 5 working days. Postal delays and restrictions due to Covid-19 may mean there is a slight delay in getting the pack to you, but please be assured, we will get it to you as soon as we can.
My pack hasn't arrived what should I do?

Am I supporting a specific animal?
Pair My Pet is a way for you to support WVS and help animals around the world. We will send you updates from your paired pet and other animals that are being helped, the animal you support is representative of the hundreds of cats and dogs around the world who are in need of care. Your support will fund vital work around the world, sending vets and veterinary supplies to where they are needed most and providing training around the world to improve care in the future, so that all animals receive the care they deserve.
What work am I supporting through Pair My Pet?
You are providing life-saving care around the world. Your support will help provide free veterinary treatment to those that need it most, giving owners advice and guidance to keep their animals happy and healthy and providing expert veterinary training in countries around the world so all animals receive the care they deserve. Can I do Pair My Pet as a gift for someone?
Yes, when you sign up you will be given the option to make this a gift.
How long will the pairing last?
If you choose to make a regular payment (annually or monthly) your support will continue unless you choose to cancel. If you choose to make a one-off payment then this will last a year, and we will then send an invitation in case you would like to renew.
Is there a minimum donation?
There is no minimum amount as you are making a donation, however, the Pair My Pet packs cost money to make and send out, a minimum of £3 a month ensures your kind gift benefits animals around the world.
Can I adopt an animal if I live outside the UK?
Yes, you can. You will be asked for the country you live in during the purchase.
